Dryland Training Equipment

Somersault Training Device

This dryland equipment helps divers safely practice flipping skills, body position, opening timing, and entry awareness before moving skills to the water.

For beginner divers, it builds confidence and helps them learn how to control their body in the air.

For advanced divers, it helps refine precise opening timing, aerial posture, body alignment, and the detailed body awareness needed for clean water entries.

Dryland Trampoline Belt Training

Dryland trampoline belt training allows divers to learn and improve diving skills in a safe and supported environment.

With belt protection, athletes can practice takeoff timing, body position, rotation, twisting awareness, opening timing, and entry preparation before performing skills in the water.

This training helps beginners build confidence and helps advanced divers refine technical details, correct movement patterns, and improve overall diving performance.

Basic Trampoline Training

Basic trampoline training helps beginner divers develop takeoff timing, jumping rhythm, and the feeling of using the trampoline correctly.

It builds body control, coordination, balance, and confidence while helping athletes understand how to generate power and prepare for future diving skills.

Dryland Springboard Training

Dryland springboard training helps divers develop the feeling of board pressure, rhythm, timing, and takeoff mechanics before moving skills to the water.

Athletes learn how to use their legs, coordinate arm swing, control body position, and build confidence with proper takeoff technique in a safe environment.
