Coaching Philosophy
Coach Wei Wei believes diving is more than a sport. It is a way for young athletes to build discipline, confidence, focus, and a strong foundation for future growth.
Her coaching combines world-class diving experience, Chinese national team training principles, and NCAA collegiate coaching standards. Each athlete is guided with careful attention to fundamentals, technique, safe progressions, body line, takeoff, air position, entry, and long-term development.
Through diving, Coach Wei Wei hopes to help athletes in Idaho and the surrounding region discover new possibilities — in sport, education, college athletics, and personal growth.
Her warm and supportive coaching style creates an environment where athletes are challenged, encouraged, and guided with care.
Her goal is to help athletes grow with strong technique, strong character, and the confidence to pursue opportunities beyond the pool.
